The Biggest Obstacle for Entrepreneurs and Small Biz Owners… | Let Your Millionaire Out

During a speaking engagement in San Diego last weekend, I showed how you can tap the “Four Power Centers” to accelerate your results.

But that wasn’t what really got the crowd excited.

Nope, it was when I revealed the biggest obstacle to success for entrepreneurs and small business owners, which is…

More on that shortly.

You see, success comes down to 2 things;

- knowing what to do,
AND
- doing what you know.

In this information age, it’s much easier to find what you ‘should’ be doing to succeed in your chosen field. That’s not really the problem.

The harder part (and what I specialize in) is doing what you know… actually taking the actions that will create different results.

So, what is the biggest obstacle you ask?

Distraction-free time to take those actions which will change your results.

You might be saying to yourself, “but I get distracted every couple minutes.” That’s exactly why this is the #1 problem. Whether you’re tethered to your email, have multiple applications running, having people walking into your office frequently, the phone ringing, text messages and Instant Messenger (or all of them), then you know what I mean.

Here’s why it’s a problem. Did you know it takes 15-20 minutes to return to peak concentration after being distracted? That means, after every email you stop and read, text you respond to or person who walks in, it takes 15-20 minutes to get back ‘into the groove.’ Perhaps that helps you understand why you’re just not getting stuff done.

So, Do You Agree? Or do you have a bigger obstacle?

Use the comments below to let me know if you can relate and/or if you deal with an even bigger obstacle. I’ll compile your answers and do my best to respond to them!

To Your UnDistracted, Action-Taking Millionaire!
