How to Build Strong Relationships:

I haven't forgotten a birthday in over 10 years.

My friends and family now 'expect' to hear from me with
a card and phone call on their birthday.

I love doing that.  I use birthdays and special occasions as prompts
to connect with those I care about.

I do this, not only with family and friends but, with business partners
and interesting people I'd like to stay in touch with.

Imagine how you would feel if we met and you received a greeting
card from me a couple days later with a nice note inside.

The problem for me was getting in the car, driving to the store and
picking out a card for every birthday, chance encounter or special
