Let's face it, it's not like you don't know what to do most of the time to be successful, it' really about doing what you already know.

I remember years ago sitting in school while they had try-outs for the school play. I really wanted to try out, I really wanted to see what it was like to perform on stage, to entertain people.
But a funny thing happened as they went around the room looking for volunteers... I froze.. really, my hand stayed at my side instead of lifting it in the air. I was terrified!
You see, I was paralyzed by fear... I got a case of "what if's"...

Now, flash forward...
I found myself at a Crossroads. I was working with one of the big names in public speaking at the time. The opportunity to speak to a group of people came up and I had a choice whether to suck up my fear and get on stage, or let the opportunity slip past.
Thankfully, I had been down the road of disappointment before and didn't want to go there again, so I got up on stage and began what has become a very profitable part of my business - public speaking.
All, because I chose to act in spite of my fear.
What Is It?
Personal Power is your ability to act in spite of fear, worry and doubt.
How would having such courage to act change your results?

What if I fail? What if they laugh at me? What if I lose money? What will my husband (or wife) say?
Yes, I know about fear. It can be limiting or liberating. As I said before it had paralyzed me early in life. It got so bad that something had to change - Me.
In the military, I learned how to channel my fear and make it work for me rather then working for my fear. In business, fear returned with tasks like prospecting, making presentations or developing new content.
Fortunately for me, I had the tools and strategies to overcome it.
