Are you covered under an avalanche of ‘To Do’s’ or ‘Haven’t-Dones?’
Have you become so swamped by your workload that you wouldn’t recognize your dreams if they were right in front of you?
Readers say one of their biggest challenges is a feeling of overwhelm, like there are just too many things to do and not enough time to do them.
How to overcome your overwhelm can make all the difference between success and failure, between having a good day or bad.
You see, overwhelm is a feeling brought about by your thoughts. It’s a self-created emotion. It’s neither true nor false; it’s just represents your pervading thoughts.
Remember, what you focus on expands in your awareness. So, if you’re thinking about all the things you ‘have*’ to do, you’re going to see a lot of things you ‘have*’ to do and quickly become overwhelmed.
Here’s a simple process to ease that uncomfortable feeling of overwhelm.
On a blank sheet of paper, DUMP all the tasks you feel ‘have*’ to be done.
Don’t worry about the order, just write until you have exhausted, in your mind, all the things you feel you ‘have*’ to do.
To the right of each activity note the estimated time this task will take.
Be sure to round up. If you think something will take 1-1/2 hours, list it as 2 hours.
D-mystify your list by deciding whether to:
= DO the task and schedule it into your calendar.
= DELAY it because it really can wait
= DELEGATE it because it’s not one of your core competencies
= DELETE it because you choose not to do it
Now that you have listed your projects on paper, you have probably reduced your emotion and feel better. Follow through on your list and complete the tasks you have scheduled into your calendar or look into delegating them.
Repeat this process as needed.
Our ‘Members Only’ Success System has this and many other success strategies built right into it to create permanent and lasting change. All you need to do is follow the step-by-step process.

PS – *You do not ‘HAVE’ to do anything. You do not have to pay taxes, you do not have to eat, you don’t even have to breathe, your body does that naturally. Sure, there are consequences for not, but in the end; everything you do or fail to do is your choice.
